Payment and Rental Conditions

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining amount is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
