Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the following day. These times can be adjusted to the tenant’s needs with prior arrangements.
Reservations, Payments, and Deposit: To make a reservation, you must provide your stay dates, contact information, number of guests, and pay a 50% deposit based on the current price list. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. A security deposit of 500 PLN is required upon check-in and will be returned at the end of your stay if no damages are found.
Extending Your Stay: Requests to extend your stay must be made on the day before your scheduled departure.
Number of Guests and Visitors: You may not transfer or make the apartment available to third parties. The maximum number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the reservation.
No Smoking and Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in selected apartments for an additional fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Cleanliness and Order: The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. We encourage you to maintain order during your stay.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Reporting Issues: In case of damages or technical problems, you must notify the staff immediately.
Tenant’s Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests. The cost for a lost key or garage remote is 100 PLN and 200 PLN, respectively.
Parking: One parking spot is provided per apartment.
Landlord’s Responsibility: The landlord is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ valuables.
Apartment Inspection: The manager has the right to check the technical condition and inventory of the apartment before you check out.
Refusal of Service: The landlord reserves the right to refuse service to any tenant who violates these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, the landlord is not responsible for providing the service.
Acceptance of Terms: Making a reservation signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Final Provisions: For any matters not covered by these terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
